*2.	Receive and file amendment for Tax Assessor Collector fiscal year 2018 voter registration budget submitted by the Tax Office

*3.	Consideration of approval of the following budget amendments submitted by Professional Services:

a.

18-145-0808-B Fleet Management - Request transfer from General Fund Fleet Management Vehicle Maintenance account and reallocation from Fleet Management Software Fuel Force Fuel Management project to Fleet Management Software account for purchase of a cloud solution to host the FASTER Fleet Maintenance Program

b.	18-146-0808-C Indigent Defense - Request transfer from Indigent Defense Court Appointed Capital Cases account to Indigent Defense Court Appointed Adult Misdemeanor account for indigent defense claims through the end of the fiscal year

c.	18-147-0808-D District Court Administration - Request transfer from District Court Administration Medical Examinations account to District Court Administration Administrative Supplies account to cover departmental expenses for the remainder of the fiscal year

d.	18-148-0808-E Sheriff Services ISDs - Request transfer from General Fund Budgeted Reserves to Sheriff Services ISDs for fifteen (15) new employees for Clear Creek ISD; eight (8) new employees for Texas City ISD; and one (1) new employee for Dickinson ISD

*4.	Consideration of authorizing an interlocal governmental agreement for school liaison officer program between Galveston County and the following entities submitted by County Legal:

a.	Texas City Independent School District

b.	Dickinson Independent School District

c.	Clear Creek Independent School District

*5.	Consideration of authorizing an interlocal governmental agreement for law enforcement services with Galveston Community College District and Galveston County submitted by County Legal

Executive Sessions

The Galveston County Commissioners Court may recess into closed meeting (Executive Session) on any item listed on this agenda if the Executive Session is authorized under the Open Meetings Act pursuant to one or more the following exceptions:  Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.071 (consultation with attorney), 551.072 (deliberation regarding real property), 551.073 (deliberation regarding a prospective gift or donation), 551.074 (personnel matters), 551.0745 (personnel matters affecting County advisory body), 551.076 (deliberation regarding security devices or security audits),  and/or 551.087 (deliberations regarding economic development negotiations).  The Presiding Officer of the Commissioners Court shall announce the basis for the Executive Session prior to recessing into Executive Session.  However, the Commissioners Court may only enter into the Executive Session on any agenda item for which a separate Executive Session has not been separately posted if, prior to conducting the Executive Session, a majority of the Commissioners Court votes to go into Executive Session.  This motion requirement does not apply to any agenda item that has been previously noticed to constitute or include an Executive Session.
