a.	Consideration of Authorization to submit application to the Texas Water Development Board for an FMA (Federal Mitigation Assistant) FEMA grant submitted by the Director of Community Services and Housing/ SRL Manager.

a.	Consideration of amendment no. 2 to the Dannenbaum professional engineering contract for the Calder Road project.

31.	County Legal

a.	Break Into Executive Session:

Executive Session: The Commissioners’ Court will enter into executive session as permitted under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074, Personnel matters pertaining to Robert Sealy, Earl Jackson and Timothy Fox to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an employee.

Executive Session: Texas Government Code § 551.071, Consultation with Attorney: rendering legal advice about pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the County under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct conflicts with the Open Meetings Act relating to EEOC Charge No 460-2014-00920, In re A.N., before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

d.	Reconvene Into Regularly Scheduled Meeting

Consideration of authorizing the County Judge to execute a HIPPA Business Associate Agreement with Harmony Information systems Inc. and/or its wholly owned subsidiary, Synergy Software Technologies, Inc. to comply with the HIPPA Rules for safeguarding medical records and information submitted by County Legal on behalf of Parks and Senior Services.

32.	Professional Services

a.	Consideration of approval of the following Budget Amendments:

1.	14-065-0527-A County Auditor Request transfer of line items to appropriate categories.

2.	14-066-0527-B Facilities Services and Maintenance Request funds for repairs to Crystal Beach Annex due to fire damage incurred on April 14, 2014.

3.	14-067-0527-C Parks Department Request funds to purchase new ATV.

4.	14-068-0527-D Human Resources Request reclassification of position #1 - Chief Human Resources Officer.

5.	14-069-0527-E Road and Bridge Beach Maintenance Request funds to cover overtime and fringe benefits for Beach Maintenance.

6.	14-070-0527-F Information Technology Request interdepartmental transfer in the reorganization of Information Technology Department.
